As a junior HR Generalist, you will team up with 3 other HR professionals who are highly experienced in developing, implementing and continuously improving HR processes for the IT industry. You will be involved in a large variety of processes and you will develop a deep understanding of HR processes.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Identify potential candidates and upload their profiles in our recruitment tool to generate the recruitment funnel 
  • Participate in HR interviews for junior and mid-level positions
  • Run the recruitment and selection process for our technical internship programs
  • Support employer branding initiatives with ideas and implementation
  • Check for onboarding and offboarding steps to be completed
  • Participate in internal and external events and CSR initiatives to support organizers
  • Provide support for organizing internal trainings 
  • Provide support for organizing team building activities at project team level
  • Provide support for admin processes and keep databases up to date
  • Maintain communication with external partners

 

What You Need to Succeed

 

Core Competency Requirements 

  • Studies in the field of HR (preferably at master level), ongoing or finalized
  • Good theoretical knowledge of basic HR practices (recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, benefits)
  • Some experience with running HR processes (even if in an NGO) is preferable
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (min B2 on the European level)
  • Available to work full time on a flexible schedule
