Carconnex has been present in the European car trading market since 1994 and they specialize in selling new and used automobiles, trucks, trailers, and other motor vehicles. Challenge

Carconnex purchased an off-the-shelf software that was configured for their needs at the time, but it wasn’t designed for the heavy business flows they later had, an aspect that limited them. The software had delays, could impose security issues, wasn’t predictable, and didn’t handle all its data in a qualitative and easy-to-follow manner.
